'Your Personal Agent' feature

What is the 'Your Personal Agent' feature?

A particular favourite in terms of features within our platform is 'Your Personal Agent' which brings a whole new level of personality to a property listing that you just don't see on agents sites too often - so it's a really nice differentiator too!

How did this feature come about?

We were lucky enough to join some industry friends on a trip to AREC (the Australian Real Estate Conference) back in 2018 and one of the common themes we picked up on was making your brand more personable.

For example, walking down a residential street on the Gold Coast, you'd come across 'for sale' boards that were unlike anything we'd seen back home (of course, things have changed somewhat nowadays) -- the agent brand was pretty small and alongside a nice photo of the inside of the property, they'd be the agents profile shot along with their direct contact details.

Although we can't control everything our clients produce in terms of printed materials etc, we can certainly help on the website side so we developed this 'Your Personal Agent' feature.

As you'll probably imagine, most UK-based CRM's don't provide this sort of data in their standard property feed so, as usual, we had to be a bit more creative.

How does it work?

There are 2 approaches to this overall feature in terms of how it works:

Automated: Depending on which CRM your with, there is sometimes the possibility of pulling a Reference ID through the feed which enables us to *automatically* associate a team member to a property listing. The Reference ID would just need to be added to the relevant field in our CMS (under the individual team members). Example CRM's that support this are Apex27, Rezi, Vebra Alto & Reapit Foundations.

Manual: Within the individual team members section in our CMS, you can manually select any properties associated with the selected team member.
