What is the 'Current Developments' feature?
If your looking at developing a Land & New Homes offering, we have a ‘Current Developments’ feature that you might find particularly useful especially in attracting developers on-board!
How did this feature come about?
We're lucky enough to work with agencies of all shapes and sizes but also, with different skillsets and one of those is Land & New Homes. This feature was developed off the back of discussions with them about the struggles in attracting local developers to use their agency rather than the competitor down the road. It's all about offering the developers more!

How does it work?
There are 3 core elements to this overall feature:
Developers: Include a logo, name, text description, contact details plus a PDF Brochure and embedded video.
Developments: Similar to the above, include a logo, name, text description, contact details plus a PDF Brochure and embedded video.
Properties: We're provided with your property listings via your CRM and the data feed. You’d just to "link" any listings with the associated development so they appear on the frontend website under the correct development.
How could I use this feature in marketing?
The whole point of this feature really is to provide a platform for you to showcase your local developments, and because each has it's own page - with brochures, video and even properties associated with it - you can push that out via social media for exposure. But crucially, it gives you a platform to promote the local developer themselves so you can have their logo, brochures, videos and direct contact details if you wanted.
Some of our clients even incorporate graphic design services within their Land & New Homes offering so they create the development logo, brochures etc - again, all to further incentivise the developer to use them.
