How does the Monthly Subscription work and what's included?

Introduction to our Monthly Subscription

We like to be as transparent and open about fees / pricing as possible and most importantly, our ethos has always been about fairness. We don't look to maximise profit for ourselves by reselling the same feature over and over!

Our monthly subscription is for everyone on our platform irrespective of whether you had a custom-designed website or a template, any build cost just covers the design time.

Our main business revolves around our service to you.

So like a lettings agent charging for their property management service on a monthly basis, likewise, we wrap our service into 3 straightforward subscription tiers.

What are the subscription tiers?

There are currently 3 standard tiers of subscription available to clients on our property-based platform:

  • Tier 1 (£99 per month)
  • Tier 2 (£129 per month)
  • Tier 3 (£159 per month)

What's the difference between the tiers?

There are 2 main differences between each of the tiers.

The 1st is time. Everything we do is based on time. So in Tier 1, you have 1 hour available to you for support. In Tier 2, there are 2 hours and in Tier 3, there are 3 hours.

To give you an idea of the value already wrapped up in these prices, we charge £60 per hour usually so everything from platform maintenance, website hosting, SSL Certificate etc, is included by default.

The 2nd is value-added. We're building new features and enhancements on a regular basis and clients on the top tier often have access to those developments without additional cost so essentially, that means their website evolves naturally over the course of time but without the huge one-off development costs that might be associated with that.

What can I do within my allocated time per month?

For example, if you were on Tier 3 (our top tier), you'd have 3 hours available within your monthly subscription.

This means we can take care of any update we can squeeze in (be it simple text updates, or image changes etc).

It is generally focused around content changes as new pages / features take time to plan and develop and squeezing this into 3 hours is not normally feasible.

Bear in mind, these hours are provided on a use-it-or-lose-it basis and although we're not really supposed to bunch them together, we can do that to a certain extent, if necessary.

If and when we need to allocate more time to your project during any given month, this will inevitably increase the cost to us which of course, we then need to pass on.

What if I'm switching to a new CRM / property feed? Is the work included in the subscription?

Unfortunately not. The subscription hours specifically cover website-related updates.

What if I need more time available on a monthly basis?

We have a few clients that opt for extra hours on a monthly basis and they are provided at a reduced rate - there are 2 ways this can be achieved:

  1. Increase the allocation of hours from 3 to 6 and thereby, increase the monthly cost from £159 to £259.
  2. Get a one-off block of 8 hours for £400 and therefore, leave the existing monthly subscription intact.

What is your standard hourly rate?

Our standard hourly rate is £60.

What if I have further questions?

Please let us know of any questions / feedback as we’re always striving to enhance our platform wherever possible.
