What content is included?
To start with, we’ve focused on the following elements and this will naturally expand over the course of time: 

• Newly added listings to your property feed

• Blog articles

• Area guides (coming soon)

• Team profiles (coming soon)

• Testimonials (coming soon)

If you have multiple branches and therefore, separate Google Business Profiles for each – no worries! We cover that too (i.e. properties are automatically pushed through to the branch associated with them). 

Getting started is easy
Head to the Hub - https://hub.estateapps.co.uk/ - and navigate to the “Google Business Profile” section and click the “Sign in with Google” button to authorise our integration.

With each branch, click the “Activate” button to then be able to select the relevant Google Business Profile.

Sit back and relax as the automation takes over! 


How it works
Once activated, our system will sync your new property listings directly to your Google Business Profile. 

If you're using our Jerry Lyons (EACC) or Lifesycle blog integrations then articles pulled through from either source are automatically pushed straight to your Google Business Profile. 

And you’ll also have the ability to post blog articles directly from the hub - all with just a simple toggle (with testimonials, team profiles and area guides coming soon). 

If you're using our Jerry Lyons (EACC) or Lifesycle blog integrations then articles pulled through from either source are automatically pushed straight to your Google Business Profiles. 

If we can pick up the name of a specific locality from the article title (e.g. Croydon), then we’ll try to push it to the relevant Google Business Profile by matching the ‘Town’ field of the associated branch with that locality name.

Note; The automated feeds for either property and/or blog can be disabled per branch. So for example, if you’d prefer to just push properties to your Google Business Profile, we can disable any Jerry Lyons (EACC) or Lifesycle blog uploads.

What if I need to remove a property listing or blog article from my Google Business Profile?
It’s important to note that there is an override switch! 

There might be times where a property is automatically uploaded to your Google Business Profile which you later decide you don’t want there. 

You can manually upload or remove property listings at any time by clicking the “Upload to Google” or “Remove from Google” buttons from within the “Properties” section.

You can also, manually upload or remove blog articles at any time by clicking the “Upload to Google” or “Remove from Google” buttons from within the “Blog” section.

You can also, remove any posts directly from your Google Business Profile itself just log into the relevant Business Profile account, navigate to the ‘Updates’ section, find the post you want to delete, and click the ‘Delete’ option. For a more detailed breakdown, click here.

As often as you get new listings! Every time a new property hits our feed, it gets pushed to your profile in real-time. 

❓ What kind of content gets posted?

Property listings to start with, but you can also, post blog articles incorporating helpful content like market tips, news, and seasonal updates to keep your profile fresh and engaging.

❓ Will this help with SEO?

Yes. Regular posts improve your local SEO and increase your chances of appearing in Google’s map results, which is gold for local traffic. There are of course, no guarantees when it comes to Google but posting is an important thing everyone should be doing but very few find the time. That’s the point of our automation, to save you time. 

❓ Do I need to do anything?

Nope! Once it’s set up, it runs itself. You get the results, we do the work.

❓ Can I customise what gets posted?

Absolutely. If you want to tweak messaging, highlight certain types of properties, or control frequency, just let us know – it's flexible.
