You can’t expect an unhappy customer to leave those fantastic, detailed reviews we all want, right? Always prioritise your clients' needs and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.

    Strategically timed review requests can significantly boost response rates. Research by BrightLocal reveals that 68% of consumers are more likely to leave a review when asked. 

    Choose opportune (happy) moments, such as after a great viewing, good offer or a positive customer service interaction, to request reviews. This increases the likelihood of capturing those all-important positive reviews.

  • Send automated follow-up emails after a transaction, thanking clients for their business and kindly requesting a review. Not everyone can remember the first time!
