What does the customer journey look like with Estate Apps?

Discovery session

After you have enquired about a new website, we then schedule a discovery session for you to meet Alex. This is the moment we find out more about you, and your business. We want to know what you are looking for your new website to do.

What are your pain points, if any?

Onboarding

If you give us the go-ahead (which we hope you do), we begin the onboarding process. These are the preparations before the build.

We collect as much info from you at this stage as possible. That also includes how you would like to be involved in the process.

Development

This is the exciting part... the build of your new website!

We keep you updated every step of the way during the build phase, and take this opportunity to ensure we are keeping to the scope, and within budget.

Your feedback is also important at this stage. Made easier with our feedback tool, MarkUp.

Launch

We plan and prep the site for launch once you confirm you are happy for us to launch. This is an exciting time as it means your new website is moments away from being shown off to the world.

Ongoing support

Once your site is launched, that doesn't mean our work is done. We continue to support you and your business for as long as you are with us.

With your subscribed hours, we can make amendments to your site at no extra cost!*

*The no extra cost is only valid for work that won't go over the monthly subscribed hours. Additional work may come at an additional cost.

So what's next?

We continue to innovate and bring new products to market that complement your website. If you'd like to find out more about the work we have in the making, or you have an idea for a product and want help building this product, get in touch with us here to discuss the best option for you!
